Forgot your password?

For safety, Kinecta Console doesn’t reset passwords by email.

Ask another admin
They open Settings, then Admins, choose Manage next to your name and press New key. The key resets your password and authenticator app. It works once, within 10 minutes.

The only admin? Ask your provider.
Your provider can give you the same one-time key.
